Mother from South Carolina Killed in Wrong Way Crash (First Coast News)

ST. AUGUSTINE, FL -- A woman driving the wrong way on I-95 crashed into oncoming traffic, killing herself and a mother from out of state, and sent three others to the hospital.

Deadly wrong-way crashes plaguing I-95 in St. Johns (The Florida Times-Union)

Authorities are still trying to determine how Rachel Higgins of St. Augustine ended up driving the wrong way along a stretch of Interstate 95, triggering an accident that left two dead and three injured.
